We are a team of researchers with a passion for the challenges of Fake News Detection and Automated Fact Checking. Our research is focused on the intersection of Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning, covering topics such as recognizing textual entailment, question answering and argumentation mining. As part of our work, we keep up with the latest scientific advancements, looking for practical solutions that can be deployed at scale.

AdVerif.ai Research Program – since launching, we have received great interest from researchers and PhD students regarding the Fake News Detection challenge and our methods. As part of our commitment to promote research in these areas, we have decided to launch the AdVerif.ai Research Program to collaborate with fellow researches and innovators.

If you’d be interested in working together with us, to find innovative ways to fight misinformation and share our findings via top-tier peer-reviewed publications, please contact us and we will keep you up to date with our plans.

We also encourage inquires by experienced journalists and fact checkers. Data is one of the most important elements of a Machine Learning task. It is especially challenging in this task, where quality structured data is scarce and the ‘ground truth’ established by training algorithms on human work is neither universal nor permanent. As part of our work, together with our fact checking partners, we have accumulated one of the biggest datasets on this topic. If you’d be interested in helping us grow our data further and contribute to fighting misinformation, we will be happy to hear from you.
